KD Luxury Lodging specializes in corporate housing by providing an all-inclusive housing option for medical and business professionals by leasing from local communities that have vacant property. We are interested in partnering with your community by leasing multiple units to provide short term stay to our clients. We typically lease multiple units which helps maintain high occupancy for landlords and property managers. My company would be the lease holders and pay the monthly rent rate just as a normal tenant would.

All of our clients are top tier professionals. They are all non-smokers, screened through a background check and are inclusively taken care of by our company. Clients  will typical utilize  the unit anywhere from 3 to 120 days with 60 days being the norm.   Our clients will integrate perfectly into your community, without disturbing any of your current long-term tenants.

 

After each stay and during,  our professional cleaning team provides a detailed cleaning to ensure that your unit is always kept in excellent condition. Our company will carry professional liability and rental insurance for each unit. As part of our client-outreach process, we do advertise across the web in order to bring awareness to our company services etc... KD Luxury Lodging, Furnished Finder and in the past we have used Airbnb Corporate housing in the event the occupant doesn't have renter's insurance . This way the unit will have up to 1 million in coverage along with our company's renters insurance.  As mentioned before we created a full proof advertisement system to ensure the that we service the best occupant.
